I was in a bind for a trip to Mexico and needed some swim shorts and all the beach things one would need to start the summer early. I paid for next day shipping because I only had four days before my flight. FedEx said the package was delivered Monday morning, but I never received it. Tuesday, one day prior to my flight, I'm talking with Swell Customer Service rep Philip, and he says while there is a FedEx protocol they have to follow in order to do a refund that would take 5 days, if I wanted to repurchase in the meantime, he would over night it to me free of charge.
In a nutshell, I got my second shipment of beach gear a few hours before I had to leave for the airport instead of being without it all. It was costly to over night it, and Swell ate the cost to help me out.
