Like others I have been waiting a completely unacceptable length of time for two plastic tags. I ordered on October 27. As of January 15th I have not received anything yet.
Very disappointed.
Hopefully the "sharks" can use their "experience" to help this obviously troubled company figure out how to
- deliver
- improve customer service
- communicate
- oh, and did I already say DELIVER!
I hope that I do (eventually) receive this product and that it is HIGH quality because the time, cost and frustration experienced to date is unacceptable.
