I ordered 7 blankets before Christmas. 6 were delivered; 1 was missing. I had a difficult time dealing with this, thru chats, emails, and trying to get thru on the phone. Finally, I was connected with Kayla B., one of the chat employees, and she got things resolved for me. Thanks, Kayla!
