I'm taking time to write this to warn others. I made a claim with this company for my Samsung Flip through Boost Mobile. A few days after the claim I received a voucher in the amount of $1128. 74 after paying a $188.18 deductible based on my type of phone. The voucher only allowed me to go use it at a Boost Store. Okay we all know Boost stores do not carry a Samsung Flip or basically any high end phone. But, I went to 4 just for the sake of argument and was told we don't carry that type of phone in the store. I called every store in Jacksonville, FL and only found 2 that even carried an I-phone 12 or higher. I also asked if they would order the phone for me and was told "no." So at that point, I called Likewize and requested another method of getting my phone replaced as I insured my Samsung flip and that is the type of phone I wanted back as well I paid my deductible based on my phone type. So basically talking to the supervisor Andrea I was told "I don't know what to tell you but you will have to get what the store has." I of course needed a phone and I got the i-phone. I am not a i-phone user and I just prefer my Samsung. Anyway, I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and then all of a sudden they could supply me with a visa card to purchase my phone with but only if I had not used the voucher. They knew I had already used the voucher as this was a month after the claim was filed. Then they had a nerve to recently send me an email indicating they are going to charge my credit card for $200 because I didn't return my old phone that they did not replace. I will file a complaint with my credit card company as I did not authorize that charge and I feel they breached their contractual obligation by not replacing my phone and basically making me get a phone I did not want and charging me a deductible based on the phone I insured. This company is providing beyond poor service. It deserves a zero.
