I spent $234.00 on my order paid for shipping of 2-3 days. Was never shipped on time. Customer service never called me back and I want a refund immediately. My goodness it's Christmas and you can't even tell me when it will ship. I spent a ton of money. Send me my money and I have contacted the BBB. You have horrible customer service. Don't sell something you can't provide. I asked for a refund the CSR said I can't cancel. I demand my money back.
Tip for consumers:
I paid for 2-3 days shipping. CSR says ships after 24 hours. That’s a lie. I’m still waiting on an email that product shipped. You can’t lie to consumers.
