AFA as after-the-sale support, I have mixed reactions. Too many tickets are generated, and often the responses can be characterized as 'before we can do this, you need to x, y, and z." That said, I accept that I do need to learn more -- even as a 38-year veteran of the software industry -- and I buckle down.
Overall, I think HostWinds is a resource that I can use and value for their service. They certainly work hard to help within the allowed constraints of their processes!
