First time user of Just Answer and really didn't feel good about paying for a service and not knowing the level of support the site provides.
Like I said, I never used it before, but I do all of my own repairs on my cars and boat, so I can communicate with the right language and also know if the person offering assistance knows what they are talking about.
I explained the issue and provided my 2-cents to the problem. The person on Just Answer was quick to not only provide the needed information but also a full drawing showing my system. I was able to fix the problem without any further assistance. I'll use it again, not sure about the tipping thing? I felt I already paid for the service.
