“Ripoff - Stay away from this site for software downloads”

I purchased MS Office Professional as a download for Win 10. Install did not work and received error codes. Customer service was unprofessional and offered no refund options. I ended up having to rebuy from MS (what do you know the install worked perfectly this time around). I'm bitter as I'm out $129 and hate bad customer service. Stay away... never again will I buy from a non-name brand vendor.
