I was dumbfounded when I paid for software by checking out with PayPal with an automated invoice, and found my payment went to a lady's name. No company name. In addition, the payment is showing as "Unclaimed", which means this lady does not even have a PayPal account yet! Very concerned that this is a scam. Prices too low. Payment going to "Michele Smith", and worst of all NO INSTANT DOWNLOAD PROVIDED! Normally when purchasing instant download software, I am automatically redirected back to the website after making payment to view my key code. That did not happen, and I did not get an email with the code.

Very unprofessional company in my humble opinion. So far, not impressed at all, and very worried I was scammed. Glad I used PayPal at least. Since it was an invoice I paid, whether to an individual or a company, they will back me.
