I received an email stating that my photo book was a whopping 73% off, but in reality it is only 55%. Thus, I spent a lot of time and effort into uploading (can only do 10 photos at a time or it clogs their server) and designing a book for them to give less than quoted on the "bait & switch" advertisement. Meanwhile, I've attempted to update my profile several times (as requested) and the website is non-responsive.
