Unbelievably bad experience with Travelocity. DO NOT USE their site, you will regret it! Customer Service is terrible and they do not care about loyalty! I needed to change my flights due to circumstances outside of my control and they would not refund my flights, or change/reschedule my flights, or give me a credit for the future... Robbery! They gave my zero options. Don't lose your money to Travelocity. Book flights directly on the airline websites.

air travel . . . no option to change flights . . . no refund offered . . . nor any other options . . . travelocity rep said they could cancel my flights, but not give me any refund or future credit. Who do they think they are? They have lost me forever . . . never again will I use their site!
