Camping world does not assist customers with defective products leaving them to deal with manufacturers themselves. Absolutely awful company on every level. Truly awful company and another example of how what used to be good companies are being put out of business. I would never consider buying actual RV from them after seeing how they fail to stand behind the products they sell.

“Had to spend the winter in Florida with no hot water, no microwave, trim pieces falling off the walls, top bunk bed that had almost fell down and a hand full of other things 2021 Heartland Mallard and should have never passed q&a out of the factory.”
