I made the mistake of buying this product for $997 after seeing it demonstrated on a webinar. The $997 was for a 1-year license, with re-bills for subsequent licensing periods. After reading a review online from another of their customers that they refuse to honor requests to cancel your account when you ask them to... and continue billing your credit card despite requests to cancel.

Seeing this... and wanting to be cautious. I canceled the authorization for them to re-bill my account. I also put in a "support" ticket notifying them to allow my account to expire... and do not bill my account again. Despite this... they have now tried to bill my credit card TWICE for another $997. I have emailed them twice... with no response... and I just got another notice that they tried yet again to bill my credit card.

Bottom line... they are crooks! Do not give them your credit card information or you will surely regret it.


It's now 5/9/16 and they tried 3 more times to charge my card for $997 before sending me an offer to downgrade to a $497 account instead. Made me laugh out loud. After that, they stopped trying to hit my card. Stay clear of this outfit...
