“The worst scammers I've ever dealt with online”

Disgruntled C.
2/22/16

I made the mistake of buying this product for $997 after seeing it demonstrated on a webinar. The $997 was for a 1-year license, with re-bills for subsequent licensing periods. After reading a review online from another of their customers that they refuse to honor requests to cancel your account when you ask them to... and continue billing your credit card despite requests to cancel. Seeing this... and wanting to be cautious. I canceled the authorization for them to re-bill my account. I also put in a "support" ticket notifying them to allow my account to expire... and do not bill my account again. Despite this... they have now tried to bill my credit card TWICE for another $997. I have emailed them twice... with no response... and I just got another notice that they tried yet again to bill my credit card. Bottom line... they are crooks! Do not give them your credit card information or you will surely regret it. ******************************************************************************************************** It's now 5/9/16 and they tried 3 more times to charge my card for $997 before sending me an offer to downgrade to a $497 account instead. Made me laugh out loud. After that, they stopped trying to hit my card. Stay clear of this outfit...

I went on a webinar with leads by social to learn more about them based on my positive experiences with the affiliate recommending them (Joel Comm) It's a system used to skim relative leads off of Facebook that may have an interest in your product or service. Example, someone on Facebook says "anyone know of a good jeweler, I need to buy an engagement ring?" If I was a jeweler paying for the service that lead would be sent to me. It's more complicated than that but you get the idea. I own a picture framing business and thought what the heck, I'll give a try since they were offering a money back guarantee and of course they used ample pressure to sign up now or loose the opportunity.

I paid my $997 and as you can guess I wasn't satisfied so I tried to get a refund. That's when, as they say the games began. I dont want to bore you with all the details but after phone calls and emails and promises and lies and double talk and bad cop good cop I gave up and took a $200 refund because I knew I would never see anything more. This was after being given a 100% money back guarantee in writing if I would only give it more time.

I dont think Ive ever written a negative review of anything in my life but every time I think about this company and their tactics it chaps my $#*!! I really feel like $797 was stolen from me without a damn thing I can do about it. Avoid my mistake and avoid Leads By Social and www.leadsbysocial.com

We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at LeadsBySocial. I am sorry to hear that Greg has had this experience with our company. We have many happy & satisfied customers who are loving the platform - generating many leads for themselves and their clients for a bunch of different niches. Greg was testing our service for his framing business in a very small town so while perhaps he felt the results were not up to snuff, our company does not simply "make up" leads - we identify leads based on what the public is talking about on social media and deliver those results to our clients.

After he mentioned he was not satisfied he agreed to a $200 refund, which we honoured, and still continue to give him access to the system to this day to generate leads for any clients he would like.

The support team at LeadsBySocial is second to none and does everything in their power to keep clients satisfied. We continue to gain new happy clients and strive to be the best at what we do day in day out.
