There is good variety for creating your own banners, however, there is little to know assistance with the design software to work things out on your own.
I am working with a very limited budget. Not sure yet if I would recommend, it depends on how the final product turns out.
This company may operate within the limits of the law, their business practices are questionable. Not sure how the product compares to others but I would STEER CLEAR of any dealings with this company - either by phone or on the internet!
