It's been more than a month since I made my order and I had neither got any clothes nor my money back.
I have ordered from many online stores but never had such a bad experience. 10 days after my order has been processed I sent a message to the customer service asking about it's location, the reply was that the delivery time could reach 30 days and I should wait. A week later I sent them another two emails and they finally gave me a tracking number so I could call the delivery company. After a short talk I was told that the package was sent back to the sender, the reason was that my phone number was not provided so they couldn't reach me and FashionNova asked them to return it back. Even though I had provided my phone number and I had even subscribed for tracking messages I also contacted them many times during which time my package had arrived but they didn't even bother checking this out.
Another upsetting thing was the communication with the customer support, I had the feeling I was never understood and never felt sympathy. The mistake was theirs and not mine and they didn't even admitted it nor apologised, this is what pisses me off the most.

Update: Two months since I made my order and I neither have clothes nor my money back in my account. I've sent many emails, I even wanted to speak to their manager but I had no response to that.
I've been told that once they receive the package back they'll give me a credit of the value of the order minus the delivery fee. I sincerely don't want to order from them again after the experience that I had and after explaining this several times to them I was still getting the same answer ". Once the package is processed by the return department you will be issued a credit of the value of the order minus the delivery fee." I'm angry, upset and speechless because I've ordered online many many times and never dealt with something like this before, never felt so ignored.
