I had an issue with one of their prodducts, a Smart Band that came with a deffect, it wouldnt turn on or charge, they attend the issue inmediattly after we found out about the problem.
As I ordered 3 items, 2 of them were for birthday gifts. I just checked on min and found out until 2 months later (I bought them on advance, because I live in Guatemala, so Shipping take long from China). When we found out the item had a problem, I wrote to the costumer service, with some videos an photos of the issue.
They adress it inmediatly, and offer to send a new product (same product) to the same adress.
I'm still waiting for it to come (As I said, shipping to Guatemala, vía miami, is a little long) But for now I'm very pleased with their costumer service.
