Ordered 2 pair with an intro promo. I used the site recommendations for frames based on face shape. They took a long time to arrive; shipped by USPS.
One pair was great, the other was horrible, despite being recommended as a good style for my face shape.
Upon returning to the site and logging into my account to arrange an exchange, it says I have no orders. Where did my order go in 2 days since delivery? I hate having to stalk any company - online or retail - for good service. If they perform far better with the exchange, I would consider improving the rating.
