I have no idea how to get my prescription to you. In your instructions, you said that I would be given a number to fax it to. How does this work?

I was extremely confusing that you need to order glasses before you can attach your prescription....
Could not use either of my rewards credit cards. They are VISA and have not blocks on them....

The process of sending us your prescription is quite simple and we have sent you instructions.
Generally, there are a few different ways that you can send us a copy of your prescription:
You can email it to us at prescription@glassesusa.com. Just take a picture of your prescription using a smartphone and attach it to your email. When you email us the prescription, please make sure to include your order number in the subject field.
You can fax a copy of your prescription to 1-888-250-6925. When faxing us your prescription, please make sure to include your order number on the fax.
You can upload your prescription through the "Help" tab on GlassesUSA.com homepage by clicking on the following link (Please make sure to include your order number in the appropriate field when uploading the prescription):
