I am now an ex Bubbles customer. I received two pairs of obviously incorrectly marked Bubbles. After sending photos and emails I was basically advised "that's life". This is not a customer oriented company. Quick to take a sale and without regard for a dissatisfied customer. I wasn't looking but now have found an alternative supplier of a superior product with contemporary management.

Although the orders in question are from 2018 and 2019 (and it is now November 2020), and our return policy encourages our customers to contact us within 30 days of receiving their orders if there is a problem, we made a special exception to accept your exchange items and humbly informed you that we were happy to satisfy your request for a resolution. But becasue you refuse to return the items for inspection, we are unable to fix the problem. We simply need the original items in hand to understand the sizing/fit complaint in order to send you a replacement that would meet your expectations. We feel that offering an exchange for products that you have had in your possession since 2018 and 2019 is a fair resolution to your complaint. Please note, the offer still stands to exchange the two panties in question until 11/30/2020. In the meantime, we hope that you will be happy with your other purchases.
