Last week, I received the wrong order, their fault, so I thought I had everything they requested to get this accomplished for our Fund Raiser which I explained to them how important it was, since it's about Suicide awareness in our small town after we suffered a tragedy with a murder/suicide, wiping out a family here. I thought we were good to go, I answered the emails immediately. I just called back to confirm they would be here in time, the art team JUST got the new info an hour ago, I contacted them last Thursday, when I got the wrong shirts. That's 5 days, to day is Tuesday! They said, it will go to production and then won't be here in time, he's sorry! Then my mouth took over, and I was furious! I also mentioned I had just received shirts I ordered for my company from them, they are awful, the print quality is very substandard and I will have to sell them at 1/2 of what I bought them for, just to get rid of them. He hung on me up at this point! I WOULD NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. And here's the other reason, I didn't ever receive a paper with order numbers, you are unable to look at the final draft before it goes into productions, so I called them about that when I did the first order, they said, well we fix it if something wrong, how can they possibly know what's wrong, we wouldn't have had this problem if I had seen they didn't print both companies logos on the shirts, and only one logo for one company. Very poor customer service obviously, when you tell someone they are not up to speed so they hang up on you? I did use a few choice words, just to get that straight on that, but I am not the one that messed up the order, and this was very important for our community. So Cavate' Emptor! "Let the buyer beware", they may be cheap, but not worth the poor work in so many ways! The photo shows, that all the shirts were printed with just one of the companies, logos, not the two like I had ordered. They had me send this to show them that it was their mistake.
