I only rated this as a 4 so far because I am too new to actually give an honest opinion on whether it is excellent or not. I will say that in the week and a half i have used it I like it but not sure I notice plumping. I do have one complaint as the same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 and another window popped up offering another one. I thought I was getting a variety of colors which I actually would have thought would be a way for you to get your product out there however that is not what happened. I received 3 tubes (all clear) and was charged full price. Was not happy about that.
