I was gifted a beautiful bracelet and when it arrived in the post, it didn't fit my hand to put the bangle on. Contacted the customer services using the QR code that came with the gift in the box just to be told that there is no other size available for an exchange and also cannot change it for another item unless I have a proof of purchase. It's a thoughtful gift, I won't hurt my friend feeling by asking for a proof of purchase. Needless to say, the customer service wasn't either helpful or understanding about this. WILL NOT EVER RETURN to purchase anything for myself or a gift for a loved one.
