I have used e-ReplacementParts.com a few times in the past, pricing and delivery OK, but nothing great. My most recent (and likely, last) experience prompts this review. On 4/26/2015, I placed an order for a set of door gaskets for a GE dishwasher. When I placed the order, both gaskets were described as "in stock, order now & they will ship today". As soon as my credit card was hit for the charges, I received an e-mail stating that the gaskets were "out of stock" & would ship from the warehouse, OK, no big deal. After 4 weeks of no communication regarding the status of the order, I called customer service on 5/18/15 and was advised that the order was being packed and readied for shipping as we spoke. Another week goes by with no status updates to reflect the alleged shipment, I again contact customer service on 5/26/15, only to be advised the order that was supposedly being prepared for shipping the previous week is now "lost", again, minus any communication of that fact to me. To their credit, eReplacementParts did refund all charges.
