I ordered a total of 9 matching sets from fashion Nova over about a week's timeframe. When I received them, all nine of the sets were missing a piece (either the top or bottom). What can I do with one piece to a set? Nothing! So what do I get to do? Pack all of them up to send back (spending MY money on shipping costs for THEIR errors) and risk not being refunded for everything because I am already aware of how unorganized their returns system is-- don't get me wrong, I've gotten some "to die for" outfits/items from them in the past, but 9 major order errors in a week? C'mon fashion Nova, get it together!
