I did two VIN searches on the trial basis and both come up with blank data. I chatted with customer service twice and was told each time that a "Technical Specialist" will start working my reports... blah, blah, blah,,, and that I should check back in 3 hours for my results. It's always blank going on two days now. What a joke! Off to Carfax...
