I personally found this site really helpful. I also did 2 different vin searches and both reports were pulled up (one even told me the last accident my car was in).
I did two VIN searches on the trial basis and both come up with blank data. I chatted with customer service twice and was told each time that a "Technical Specialist" will start working my reports... blah, blah, blah,,, and that I should check back in 3 hours for my results. It's always blank going on two days now. What a joke! Off to Carfax...

This web site says: satisfaction guaranteed. (wrong). They charge you $18.95 a month. It is for looking up information on old friends, etc. When u put a name in, it takes you to another site, that wants more money, to get any information. They take your money fast.

I NEVER USED THIS SERVICE BUT HAVE BEEN BILLED TWICE ON MY BANK CARD FOR. THEY WOULD ONLY AGREE TO A 50% REFUND.
