I can clearly see why you have negative reveiws, its very unprofessional as a company to make a customer have to ask after over 2 weeks wheres mt stuff, i should have been notified long before i asked what was going on, i buy alot of stuff every month online, i get a couple packages a day delivered and everything always on time and if its not im notified, as a company you just let me hang didnt say anything and then didnt even produce in the end after all that waiting i still dont have my end table, and the mattress you sent me was so cheap i resold it and went and got my daughter a better one, i wouldnt have let my dog sleep on the mattres you could feel the metal springs in your back, you might want to consider getting some better suppliers for your goods cause the ones you have now are selling crap, the bed you sent was missing the center support to connect the two main rails and i had to make one to get the bed together, i would apreciate if you would have somebody from the bed company call me so i can get the right peice for it, the dresser had a screw that wasnt fully developed and the head was full of metal making it so you couldnt screw it in, the quality of your stuff reminds me of cheap china cheap, i had to get a screw from my toolbox to finish that job as well, i wouldnt not recomend your stuff to anybody and will not be buying anything else from you, you dropped the ball in one way or another with everone of the 4 things i ordered and thats a sad satifaction rating for a first time buy that will keep me from coming back, i feel bad for you that you are working for a failing company that wont even be around in a couple years if you dont change something imediately, you cant survive of one time deals forever, a good business relies on repeat customers which im sure you dont get many of, like i said i need the middle peice to the bed still, have somebody call me so i can explain what peice i need, *******701
