The Pax Vaporizer is a great unit and comes with a 10 year warranty. Buyer beware, if it fails, there is no way to contact Ploom (the company who makes the unit) except e-mail.
A warranty is only as good as the people who back the warranty. My unit stopped working and bought a new one with the intention of having my original Pax repaired and giving it to a friend. Again, there is no contact information other than e-mail and after two weeks... no reply back. Does anyone besides me think something is not right here? Great vaporizer! However, if it fails or you need assistance, good luck. Based upon the lack of customer service, I will never buy from them again. Too bad, nice device but not the only show in town. There are options.
