I ordered two of the thumbprint keychains with my mothers thumbprints and had the dates and names put on them. When ordering them on the screen it showed them correctly. When I received them this week they had dropped the 21 off the end of this years date so instead of the date reading 07/15/1943 - 05/03/2021 it read 07/15/1943 - 05/03/20 which was obviously not correct. I contacted them immediately and there answer was we sent you an email so we can't do anything but offer you a 50% off to purchase them again. I never received an email from them I went through all my emails and spam there was nothing so she then tried sending it again same thing never came through. She sent it a different way from a different email and that one came to me so something was not working with the original email they were using. She said I had exceeded the maximum allowable characters so that was why it cut the 21 off so I asked why it didn't state that on the system when I was creating this and she didn't have an answer. This was very upsetting as I have just lost my mom, these were over $200 and now to get them again they want me to pay over $100 more for them. I feel this company is taking advantage of peoples grief and not providing good customer service for a mistake on there side. I would look elsewhere before using this company.
