Ordered Galaxy Fascinate unlocked for PP and Verizon. Arrived in good time. Customer of mine purchased as a Christmas Present for daughter. Day 1 of use 25th December. 2 weeks later 4 "home" keys ceased working. Wrote 3 consecutive days on their Customer Contact portal - NOTHING. I am on the mailing list of the guy who owns this outfit - so wrote to him via that! His response - "30 Days Warranty". You're out of it.
I came from the approach that as this was a Christmas Present and Day 1 of use would be Dec 25th - could "he" (it turns out this IS a ONE MAN BAND) could he see his way to accepting this back under his 30 Day Warranty. Answer:
" NO. The date of the invoice is over 40 days old it does not matter that she only used for less than that our warranty covers 30 day warranty".
Do not deal with this guy - his Integrity is in Question - he runs a shoddy show - and will not work with you should issues arise.
