This site is Great! Great Customer service, got my phone ready to go, perfect condition. There phones are refurbished, thats why they are cheap, but they are great. Highly recommend!
Ordered Galaxy Fascinate unlocked for PP and Verizon. Arrived in good time. Customer of mine purchased as a Christmas Present for daughter. Day 1 of use 25th December. 2 weeks later 4 "home" keys ceased working. Wrote 3 consecutive days on their Customer Contact portal - NOTHING. I am on the mailing list of the guy who owns this outfit - so wrote to him via that! His response - "30 Days Warranty". You're out of it. I came from the approach that as this was a Christmas Present and Day 1 of use would be Dec 25th - could "he" (it turns out this IS a ONE MAN BAND) could he see his way to accepting this back under his 30 Day Warranty. Answer: " NO. The date of the invoice is over 40 days old it does not matter that she only used for less than that our warranty covers 30 day warranty". Do not deal with this guy - his Integrity is in Question - he runs a shoddy show - and will not work with you should issues arise.

I ordered a Motorola Nextel i870 Phone that was unlocked for Boost mobile. Nowhere in the ad for it, did it mention that this phone would be a refurbished unit.
Imagine my surprise when the phone arrived and I seen that it was all scuffed up and had a crack in the casing. It was obviously, poorly, refurbished. I even had to delete all the previous owners info from it. Fortunately for him, that I got it and not some Identity thief. All an Identity thief needs to start stealing your identity is your name and address. And that info was in the phone.
I decided to try it out for a day. The phone had far less range that the phone I was hoping to replace. ( No signal in areas that I know has signal.)
To top it off, I can't return the phone for my money back. ( Unless they are out of stock). If they have some in stock, they will only exchange the phone.
Yeah, like I want yet another poorly refurbished piece of crap with no range.
