I signed up for a course. After discovering I had a schedule conflict I tried to contact them to switch to a digital format instead of a live course.
No one answers the phone at this company. No one answered the chat feature on their website. I also sent two e-mails to the company. It took 7 days to get a response.
They allowed me to switch the course format. I was to get the digital link 2 days ago, still have not seen it. Same customer experience... no one has yet to respond to 2 emails inquiring about the course link, no once picks up the phone at their published number of *******585. No one answers the "live" chat feature on their website.
Next step will be to dispute the credit charge with my credit card company to see if I can get a refund.
Their website is "pretty' and appears to be legit but the 24/7 customer service that they list on their website is laughable.
If you are considering purchasing a course, I highly recommend calling them first to see if you can even get anyone to answer the phone.
