I was really impressed by Scentmatchers' service and their willingness to try to match my favorite perfume. In the end, they came exceptionally close and I am blown away by how hard they tried. And although my final product isn't exactly the same as the scent I once loved, it's really close and I am happy to have it to use. I would recommend them if you need a scent duplicated, their customer service is amazing and they will go above and beyond to help you.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is awesome and they will try their best to get your fragrance right. It's worth the cost to have a company do their best like Scentmatchers does. And their cost is really minimal considering the effort they put into it.
Products used:
They try to recreate your perfume that is discontinued. If they don't get it right, they will try 3 more times for free- using samples if you have it, and try their best to match it. We had to try all 3 times to get mine as close as they could.
