It's a shame companies suffer from customers that don't fully read or comprehend the contract they enter into when making a purchase. There's uncontrollable delays once a order is shipped no company what's a negative review. I purchased 5 bikes from motobuys one had cosmetic damage and customer service shipped out brand new cover after sending photos the day of delivery. One was very clear miss handled by shipping company damaged was noted by the delivery driver and after supplying photos and filling out claim form received cash payment. If customers would take the time to follow delivery Protocol as per sales agreement they wouldn't be having all the problems they bring on them selves. And all these negative reviews. If I had to guess there school report card's said ( 01 does not follow instructions) for all that say customer service doesn't return emails is out right lie I have personal received same day response thank you Carlos!
