Ordered a dress which didn't fit well and tried to return it through their portal, where they charged me 5 euros, which was ok since they stated that return costs are on me. The return label even had a mark that it was paid for. However, when I arrived at the post office, I was told I needed to pay additional 11 euros (for a 20 euros dress). The customer service is useless and keeps writing that returns are on customer but they do not explain why was 5 euros taken from my account if it wasn't the return cost and don't want to give it back.
