Without Asking Me, They Simply Imposed On Me That The Order Would Be Delivered By 3pm. I Informed Them In A Phone Call That No One Would Be Home After 1pm, So I Chose A Window Of 9am To 12pm. In My Phone Conversation With Rashid, A FlowerAura Representative, He Promised Me That The Order Would Be Delivered No Later Than 1pm. He Also Promised A Full Refund In Case The Order Is Delivered Later Than 1pm. I Asked For No Later Than 1pm As My Parents Were About To Leave For A Meeting With Relatives. I Wasted Over 2 Hours Chatting With FlowerAura Asking For A Refund And They Said We Will Give A Refund And Only In 1 Minute They Started Fudging Things That The Cake Will Be Delivered And When I Asked For Proof Of Delivery, They Didn't Have Any. They Even Spoke To My Mum And My Mum Confirmed That She Spoke To The Courier Boy And Informed Him That She Is Not At Home And Will Not Be Home Till Late Evening. In Short, They Did Not Deliver The Order And Are Not Refunding My Money. This Has Been A Frustrating Experience For Me From FlowerAura.
