My husband ordered two Oshen watches. It took at least eight weeks. The watches came with very few instructions. Before setting up the watches with the phone app the instructions indicated the phone would need to be charged. No instructions on how to do that. I've sent two chat requests and each time they have asked for my email address in order to respond. Evidently the Covid pandemic has decreased their ability to answer their phones, live chats or emails. I sent requests on 7/20/20 and 8/11/20. No response. Finally found how to charge the watches on an internet post by another consumer. Set up the watches despite the fact that the instructions provide the wrong code number. Got both working. I accidentally got mine wet, so that no longer worked, and that's my fault. My husband didn't like his so I started wearing his. Traveled across a time zone and the watch never caught up. Then it quit working. I charged it, but it never came back on. Please do not waste your money on these watches. They've been nothing but a headache!
