I would never recommend dealing with this company. You are wasting your money getting anything from them! Their Luxe model does not work and they cannot (will not) provide any support. I am very regretful that I ever wasted my time and money on these fools... Please take my advice - buy from someone else and not these guys!

I purchased 3 watches a month ago. I have messaged them and get no response. After reading some of the reviews I know I have been. How can this site still operate. You would think Google or Samsung internet would police these scam sites and not allow this to happen.

I ordered 4 watches since June 2020 and have even received a tracking number much less for the items ordered. There has been absolutely no response from the company despite sending several emails to their customer support. The whole thing seems like a scam.

Ordered this watch for me took forever to receive. When I got it was not working. I was told that they would send me a new one. At this point, I wanted a refund. I was told if I paid to have it returned I would get a refund. I wasn't happy with this but figured I would cut my losses since they are very difficult to get hold of. It has been over a month since they said I should have the refund and countless emails later still nothing.

My husband ordered two Oshen watches. It took at least eight weeks. The watches came with very few instructions. Before setting up the watches with the phone app the instructions indicated the phone would need to be charged. No instructions on how to do that. I've sent two chat requests and each time they have asked for my email address in order to respond. Evidently the Covid pandemic has decreased their ability to answer their phones, live chats or emails. I sent requests on 7/20/20 and 8/11/20. No response. Finally found how to charge the watches on an internet post by another consumer. Set up the watches despite the fact that the instructions provide the wrong code number. Got both working. I accidentally got mine wet, so that no longer worked, and that's my fault. My husband didn't like his so I started wearing his. Traveled across a time zone and the watch never caught up. Then it quit working. I charged it, but it never came back on. Please do not waste your money on these watches. They've been nothing but a headache!

I've called I've emailed gotten absolutely no response. They say the watches were shipped two weeks ago and were 100 miles from my house one week ago and the tracking system ends there.
So far if I could give a minus rating I certainly would!

5 days and no shipping notice. 2 emails to Support, no response. Only got a response telling me that a refund was being processed after my bank contacted them. They must have a lot of buyers who can't get a refund to be able to support their flashy website.

Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your money and time aside from a big disappointment. AU$80 is huge for a watch that doesn't work even for a bit, doesn't worth even a half star.

Ordered May 12 received July 7, it is junk no charging port no charging cable, DO NOT BUY! I'm out 58.00 US dollars and I do not want it to happen to any one else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This company is a scam! Their advertisements sound great but they do not deliver on customer service or even normal business practices. I purchased their watch and did not even receive an email sales confirmation. If you call customer service you'll get a recording blaming delays on the coronavirus and if you send an email it will probably be returned for a bad address. And I used the address in their website twice just to be sure I did not make a mistake the first time. I googled and found the correct customer service email address and sent several email but no response. I still do not have my watch and will dispute the sale with my credit card company hoping to get my money back. I suggest making your purchase - for a different phone - through Amazon or another reputable company. You have been warned!

I ordered a watch and face shield about a month ago. Have received no word from them. No shipment. Sent their customer service an email. No response. I should have check the reviews before order anything from them.

In early May, 2020, I purchased my Oshenwatch using PayPal.
It arrived in 58 days - the return period is 30 days from purchase.
Less than a month later, I discovered that the health tracking "features" of the watch - including blood pressure, blood oxygen level and pulse rate are not measured in any way. Placing the watch on my kitchen table and activating the measurement mode via the app on the phone, I received random "healthy-seemiing" entries that one would expect from proper measurement instruments attached to a healthy adult.
I was furious that a company would sell such a deceptive item, proclaiming how great it is in a heavily saturated advertising campaign.
I went to the buyoshenwatch.com site - you know the one, it has great reviews dropping in every few seconds. I soon figured out that there was no way to leave a review of any type.
In a few days, I started emailing any address that I could find involving the sale.
Strong Current Enterprises accepted my PayPal payment.
Cutting to the chase, September 15,2020 - after over four months and 37 emails from me after buying it, I received a full refund from Strong Current Enterprises.

Part two:

Detailing the return procedure:
After many emails, I got a person to authorize returning of the watch outside of their original 30 days from date of purchase limitation.
Trying to return the watch, I first had to sidestep their claims that I had received it much earlier. They said that they can definitely confirm a mid-June delivery date. I provided a screenshot of an email I sent in early July, stating that I finally received it and wanted to order additional watch bands as I easily recognized that the watchbands would fail quickly. They responded saying to look online for replacements.
After they got the date correct I got the okay to return and did so within the allocated 30 days.
A day before it arrived, I provided tracking info to them. That tracking number is

Looking up tracking shows it was picked up at the post office. For almost 10 days I had to supply the same tracking info and order number 6 times.
Finally Jan took over. She stated she would immediately refund my payment after receiving my tracking info.
No credit for 40 hours, I sent a WTF (W meaning where, LOL) is my refund (I kept it polite and did not include the wtf).
I received an email stating that Strong Current Enterprises had refunded my money.
I sent a final email thanking her for her help, explaining that the company she works for is preying on it's customers and should refund everybody's money. I explained the false random readings produced, making it potentially dangerous to a person depending on it for readings.

Regarding the Cardio watch:
I am not a medical professional. I do have a technical background and have worked with medical imaging instruments as well as myriad other electronic items. I was given one of these so-called health tracking watches to hook up to a friend's smart phone. In the process of connecting it I discovered that placing the watch in measurement mode while the watch was on a wooden table gave healthy readings of pulse blood oxygen level and blood pressure. The watch I was testing was called Cardio. The one thing in common between these two watches (Cardio and Oshenwatch) was that they both used the app called Fit Pro. I have seen this information on Youtube videos that have reviewed the watches. Reviews can not be left on the web pages that sell these watches.
While it may seem trivial, some people may be relying on these devices to not overdo activities and not be alerted to a dangerous situation.

I waited 3 months to finally receive my order of 3 watches. Finally received today and tried setting on of the watches up. The manual for set up is terrible. I called the customer service number and told them the watch had no way to turn on. The customer service person said the battery is probably dead and needs to be charged. The watch doesn't come with the special charging cord required. This is so frustrating that I requested a return authorization for which I did receive an email with instructions. The concept of the watch would have been great for my use but should have realized a watch this cheap was crap. I recommend not to buy.

This is product do not buy as it is a rip off product is not waterproof and when you try to contact company unable too.

Ordered a watch on 5/9/2020. It is now 6/18/2020 and still have no watch. They still have my $58.94 though.

I bought an Oshen Watch on-line the end of April and paid for the purchase. As of today, 7/23/2020, I still have not received my watch. I believe this OshenWatch is a scam - do not buy one of their watches on-line.

This product is NOT as advertised. It took 2 months to arrive. It is a pedometer that can only be used with an app whose instructions are in characters, not English. There are NO instructions for return if not satisfied, hence customer satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. Customer service is spotty and unsatisfactory. There is NO ability to review the product on the company's website, hence the ratings of the product that the seller espouses CANNOT reflect verified buyer's opinions. The address of this company is in Hong Kong. The buyer feels scammed. Do NOT buy!

Recently we bought the watch on line and realized after reading the reviews that company is a scam selling junky watches and not returning your funds after cancellation. We CALLED THEM TO CANCEL AND THEY ASSURED US WE WOULD GET THE REFUNDS BACK ON OUR CARD WHICH THEY DID BUT THEN TOOK THE FUNDS BACK WITH OUT EXPLANATION? We called them and they said they would fix the problem but today they stole the funds and never returned our money. We are living on fixed income and are both disabled with health problems and thought these watches would be a great help but now we are out over $150.00 American and that impacts out food source. We were hesitate about the purchase but found out too late that they are not real? Please have someone investigate this company and shut them down and have them return our funds. We are making complaints to our end as we are Canadian and we will do our best to get our funds back as well.
Just stay away and buy local as scams are everywhere even here
