Was very very nervous using ticketnet but I couldnt get tickets to the Man U game anywhere else so decided to give it a try
Tickets were expensive but was expecting that
Customer service was fantastic - they kept in constant touch with me re the tickets
Any time I phoned or emailed I got a prompt response
Was nervous about the tickets being delivered the day before the game to our hotel in Manchester but everything went according to plan
Would definitely use ticketnet again
