I used to like crowdtap for sharing my opinion and earning some bucks in return, but since they upgraded to the new website there have been many issues namely:
- so many bugs in surveys, they tell you to choose multiple options but you can only choose one, or the surveys dont proceed as some message keeps coming, too many bugs to be fixed with the IT department.
- the language and grammar has become worse than before, its so obvious! All the spelling mistakes. Phew!
- you keep answering all these open ended discussions but never get rewarded for them, it just hangs there.
- another thing i miss is seeing the total percentage of people choosing an option.
The pros are:

- the point for each question have been upgraded to 3 from 2.
There are lot of other surveys and discussions with huge number of points available.
Hope they fix the above issues faster to give a better experience to tappers.

Focus Group points do not get awarded to your account right away - only when the discussion closes. Our Support team (support@crowdtap.com) would be happy to confirm if you were awarded any points, and soon you'll be able to check yourself with a Point History!
