Charles, the salesman is amazing, Ray, the manager is not amazing, he is not a professional, he is not empathetic he is not fit to be a manager. I already put a review on Yelp under the Danbury P.C. Richard Store. I hope someone above the managers in Danbury. See this, and maybe send Ray for some manager training he definitely needs it! I am only given a five star rating for
