I've been using City Lips now for almost 2 weeks. My lips are softer but I did notice that if you go outside the line of your lips, they do turn red like they are chapped. The ordering process doesn't allow any flexibility - it doesn't allow you to chose from all of the options that they have available. The tinted ones aren't even offered until after you have completed your order. I would have ordered tinted ones over the clear ones any day but now I have 3 clear to use before I can order a tinted one. Plus, they are definitely over-priced and the boxes they came in are a bit of an over-kill.
