Customer service was nice they commuicated by phone. They can be contacted by phone as well. The manager Kim contacted me the next day and apologized about any inconvenience. She offered at no charge to send out another flower arrangement a complementary one and it was more beautiful than the one I picked. Thank you Kim! Thank you. You flower. Com.
