I booked for 6 to Florida, due to fly out in June 2020, then Covid happened. Tried to get a refund for £2850 for several months, but was told on numerous occasions that I couldn't. I eventually got speaking to someone who told me that I was due a refund, and even then when I was speaking to the rep, I got an email reply to a request I'd sent that morning, saying that I wasn't due a refund! The rep on the phone simply told me to ignore the email! A really disorganised company, except when they're taking your booking. No postal address to contact them either, very dodgy! I eventually got a refund 7 months after the cancellation of the flight. FYI a work colleague was booked on the same flight, but through a different company, and he got a refund after 3 months. Please just AVOID Mytrip. The stress of it all has helped me lose a few extra Christmas pounds though.
