I booked an itinerary through Australia with JetAbroad. I want to make changes. There is simply no way to contact them. Their website requires you to fill out a form: however, the form does not load. I've tried over multiple days with multiple computers (phone/laptop/friend's phone and laptop). Nothing works. They do not publish phone numbers or email addresses.
The first picture is the "form loading" screen I've been stuck on multiple times. The second pic is their online policy explaining that the form is the only way to contact them. I tried on Facebook as well. The third pic is their response referring me back to the form that doesn't load.
