I purchased prescription contact lenses and aside from the color being yellow instead of brown, one of the contacts bothered my eye (Has a defect).
This was their second response telling me I don' know how to wear a contact lens...
I have never had bad service like this from other contacts websites online.
All of our lenses are manufactured to FDA standards and we exercise stringent quality control. We do not ship out defective lenses. Please return the lenses to us and we will send them onto our lab to be inspected to see if the damage to the lens was man made or a manufacturing issue. Once we receive their report we can then know how to proceed. We have spoken to the manufacturer and there have been no other complaints in regards to these lenses and none of our other customers have experienced the issue you seem to be experiencing. Please also make sure the lens giving you trouble is not inside out as this can also cause discomfort.
