I purchased prescription contact lenses and aside from the color being yellow instead of brown, one of the contacts bothered my eye (Has a defect).
This was their second response telling me I don' know how to wear a contact lens...
I have never had bad service like this from other contacts websites online.

All of our lenses are manufactured to FDA standards and we exercise stringent quality control. We do not ship out defective lenses. Please return the lenses to us and we will send them onto our lab to be inspected to see if the damage to the lens was man made or a manufacturing issue. Once we receive their report we can then know how to proceed. We have spoken to the manufacturer and there have been no other complaints in regards to these lenses and none of our other customers have experienced the issue you seem to be experiencing. Please also make sure the lens giving you trouble is not inside out as this can also cause discomfort.

I have ordered lenses from extremesfx.com for about 4 years now and every year I am super impressed with the quality of the lenses and the variety I get to choose from. As a seasoned lens wearer I must say these lenses do NOT irritate like other lenses I have tried from different companies. I mean of course they take some getting used to because there's a print on the lens, they're not just clear, but once your eyes have adjusted they are super comfy. The lenses I ordered and received looked the same to me in person as they do on the website (and I have ordered around 8 pairs of different lenses) so what you see is definitely what you get. Great customer service, great products, great experience! I highly recommend!

I ordered the Balrog contacts off of this site and absolutely love them. Of course, U had to go and get an eye exam first, to make sure the lenses I chose would fit my eyes. I got the exam on a Saturday, purchased the contacts Sunday night, and had my contacts the following friday, just in time for the Halloween party I threw. The contacts came neatly packaged in separate sterile lens holders. They took a little getting used to ( I dont wear contacts regularly) but they were awesome additions to my costume. I plan on buying a few other ones just to wear! Dunno about any scams or anything, extremesfx did for me exactly what I asked for. I'll definitely be using it again.
