I telephoned on Sunday and requested a pluming engineer for Monday. My appointment was booked in and confirmed and Roy (the engineer) arrived Monday as planned. He was polite and efficient and fixed my problem... a really nice guy who knew what he was doing.

Rightio charged £1639. 80 to fix a boiler, including time not working although they had said that...
