Order *******576 was never started, never delivered, and after a combination of more than a dozen emails, chats, and phone calls taking hours of my time and resulting in no movement in a positive and substantive manner, I started posting reviews to site jabber, reseller ratings, and ripoff report internet sites. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company. Finally, glassesusa.com refunded my $299.90 today. The customer service reps have a standard answer of "We are forwarding your information to the appropriate department", and you never hear from the "appropriate department" (however glassesusa.com responds very quickly to negative reviews on the internet - and there are tons of them). The customer Service reps don't even have a phone number for the GlassesUSA billing department which speaks volumes. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

We regret that you were disappointed in how the problems were solved with your order. Small delays in your order, such as waiting for your prescription, changing the frame because the wrong frame was ordered by a customer, do add up to delays. However, I can see that you were refunded in full, less than a week after you notified us that you wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund.
